Begonia Real Estate Development was recently featured in DDC Journal Spring 2022 issue.
In the featured section on ‘Redefining Luxury in California’, mentions all of the upcoming projects that are rapidly being pushed out by us.
DDC mentions that “Begonia doesn’t plan to slow down anytime soon. In fact, the developer hopes to ramp up its acquisition process in the coming years. California residents can expect to see many more Begonia developments, which will no doubt become successful thanks to its highly selective team.”
Begonia also mentions how unique our developments are compared to the others.
“These aren’t your single plane, where it just looks pretty typical. WE like different variations, both on the horizontal and the vertical sides of the building as well as at the top of the parapet, where you have varying planes of varying parapet heights.” Fermin says.
