IRVINE, CA: As Begonia Place apartments get closer and closer to opening day, they establish an online leasing presence via apartments.com and a landing website.
With the help of their team at ConAm property management, Begonia Real Estate Development is excited to take the first step toward leasing by launching begoniaplace.com for their first project opening in November 2023. Alongside this, the company is partnering with websites such as apartments.com and apartmenthomeliving.com to offer units to be viewed months before construction has finished on the building. “It takes a team of people to get ourselves out in the world with a proper representation of our communities. This new development is being constructed in Temple City, CA, which is nestled roughly five miles from Pasadena and 13 miles from Downtown LA. The newly launched website comes with a built-in interactive map which includes local interests for potential residents. Along with the map features, the website has a full list of amenities and floorplans, and a big red “JOIN OUR WAITLIST” button greeting visitors at the bottom. The project will lead the market with modern living and be the first step to the mixed-use vision of Temple City along Rosemead Blvd. “We are excited to already see traffic coming in on the waitlist as early as it is,” says Nick Puccio, vice president of development at Begonia. It is only a matter of time before this new development fills up with 74 new families excited to become part of the Temple City community. The Begonia Place front doors are set to open November of 2023 with five retail Units, two live-work units, and 72 suites including penthouses.
